Following our April 10 call, this proposal revises the original 6-month program into a precision 90-day sprint — 5 members, higher commission, tighter scope, faster start.
The core methodology hasn't changed: personal introductions, curated preview experiences, and discreet relationship-driven outreach. What's changed is the scope, timeline, and investment structure — designed to move quickly and prove the model.

The model works because it is controlled: one member and one guest per day, a small dedicated staff, and a culture of privacy. New members must strengthen the room — not just fill a seat.

Generate 10+ warm introductions. Host first preview dinner. Begin conversions.
Close 5 members. Hand off remaining pipeline to Audrey.
To keep this engagement lean and effective at the revised investment level, the following from the original proposal are explicitly out of scope.
