Same approach. Compressed timeline. Sharper target.

Following our April 10 call, this proposal revises the original 6-month program into a precision 90-day sprint — 5 members, higher commission, tighter scope, faster start.

The core methodology hasn't changed: personal introductions, curated preview experiences, and discreet relationship-driven outreach. What's changed is the scope, timeline, and investment structure — designed to move quickly and prove the model.

Original Proposal This Revision
Duration 6 months 3 months
Member Target 20 members 5 members
Monthly Retainer $5,000/mo $3,500/mo
Commission / Member $2,500 $4,000
Total Investment $80,000 $30,500
Start Date TBD April 15, 2026

A stronger club than when we last spoke.

The Fontainebleau amenity swap, yacht charter addition, and Japanese pizza partnership have meaningfully deepened Haiku's value proposition. This is exactly the right moment to bring in the next five members.

The model works because it is controlled: one member and one guest per day, a small dedicated staff, and a culture of privacy. New members must strengthen the room — not just fill a seat.

01
Research & Outreach Launch
Apr 15 – May 14

Build and activate a targeted prospect list of 25 qualified candidates.

  • Kickoff call with Jess and Audrey to align on ideal member profile for this cohort
  • Cross-reference PCM's membership network and existing databases for warm leads in Miami and New York
  • Build a scored prospect list of 25 individuals ranked by fit — not volume
  • Develop personalized outreach for each prospect — every message is individual, not templated
  • Send first-wave invitations to top 15 prospects, framed as exclusive introductions

Deliverables

  • Ideal member profile document
  • Scored prospect list (25 candidates)
  • First-wave outreach initiated
  • Initial pipeline report to Jess and Audrey
02
Preview Experience & Pipeline
May 15 – Jun 14

Generate 10+ warm introductions. Host first preview dinner. Begin conversions.

Member-Hosted Preview Dinner

  • One intimate preview dinner with 3–5 qualified prospects hosted by an existing member
  • Host receives talking points, RSVP management, and logistics support
  • Highest historical conversion rate — prospects experience Haiku before committing

Second-Wave Outreach

  • Follow-up with first-wave prospects; extend invitations to remaining list
  • Coordinate “get to know you” conversations between Jess and serious candidates
  • One strategic introduction if a high-value opportunity arises (F1, Omega, winery)

Deliverables

  • First preview dinner executed
  • Weekly pipeline report (prospects contacted, attended, interested, committed)
  • First member commitments expected
03
Conversion & Close
Jun 15 – Jul 14

Close 5 members. Hand off remaining pipeline to Audrey.

  • Personal follow-up with every prospect who attended a preview experience
  • Coordinate Jess's one-on-one meetings with candidates not yet committed
  • Second preview dinner if pipeline warrants additional conversion opportunities
  • Manage application and onboarding process — white-glove from commitment through welcome
  • Full pipeline documentation delivered to Audrey with status, notes, and next steps

Deliverables

  • 5 members committed (target)
  • Final pipeline report
  • Handoff documentation for Audrey with remaining warm prospects

Focused by design.

To keep this engagement lean and effective at the revised investment level, the following from the original proposal are explicitly out of scope.

Each can be added as a standalone engagement or included in a future extended program.

Amenity swap program with 3–5 complementary clubs
Luxury brand event facilitation (Omega, winery co-hosting)
Expansion market report (Mexico City, Dubai, Tokyo, etc.)
LXV group trip planning and co-hosted experiences
Prospect list larger than 25 targeted candidates
More than 1 coordinated preview dinner per month

90 days. Three phases. One clear goal.

LXV — a second reason to say yes.

For prospects on the fence, LXV membership access gives them a second compelling reason to commit — at no additional cost to Haiku.

LXV is a private membership network providing exclusive access to the world's best golf clubs, luxury resort destinations, and curated travel experiences. All Haiku members receive complimentary concierge access — white-glove bookings, preferred pricing, and availability not accessible to the public.

Prospect outreach can lead with the combined Haiku + LXV value proposition: world-class food, wine, and travel — all under one membership.

A full LXV overview including destinations, amenities, and access tiers is available upon request.

Let's find Haiku's next five.

People who will value what you've built — and make the room even better.

  1. Approve revised proposal and engagement terms
  2. Sign engagement letter (to be provided separately)
  3. Introduce Zack to Audrey for onboarding coordination
  4. Kickoff call — week of April 15
